that would be really unexpected. they have been talking about 2170 cells for model 3 for ages right? didn't elon answer to somebody asking if the S and X would have 2170 cells in the future and he answered that the 2170 cell is about cost not performance? elon also said that there are no plans...

number 2 seem very similar to this VW unveils all-electric research car with 250 miles of range and mobile charging robots

with some crude perspective correction and some CAD measurements e came up with this. I scaled the image to another model 3 screen that had a much better perspective. Please note that the original image used has a perspective that is conducive to result in higher numbers than in reality.

I find the front of the car incredibly ugly. reminds me of that scene from cosmos of the "tiktaalik" - first being to "walk" on land

why couldn't these models be correct according to some version of the car? Tesla must have CAD models of the cars... model s seems pretty spot on
