Bump. I had this problem for the first time this week on my 4+ year old MS P85 Classic, and rebooting didnt help. Booked a service call three weeks from now, but does anyone have any ideas?

Same situation here. Our Tesla consultant (or whatever you call them) told us to give her the code and they’d give us the $100 credit. Of course, with typical Tesla efficiency, we haven’t heard back from her in two weeks, despite repeated emails, but at least we have the offer in writing...
