no, those videos are simply turning the rubber stops. Any human can do this. Adjusting a gap (which cannot be resolved by the rubber stops) involves loosening the actual bolts. If you have gaps, first thing to do is paper test (to check rubber stop clearance) then see if adjusting stops help...
