I’ve tried a few times today to get through to my DC. I called once to Burbank DC instead and got through to a really nice person that told me that my car is ready and started to schedule me in… till she realized the car is in MDR. Turns out she cant schedule it and I had to call MDR directly…...

I can’t reach anyone, anywhere… they must be super slammed rollin em out!

Haha… I texted the 510 number again and was told they’ll reach out in the next few days to schedule! Calling DC has been only VM so far, but I’m sure they’re getting slammed.

I live up the coast, so for me it was a no brainer to do exactly that and NOT drive through LA traffic!
