    Might be a stupid question, never drove my model Y to States yet. Planning a raod trip for couple weeks, just wondering if the current data plan/premium connection still work in US? Thanks.

    The service centre eventually changed the wire harshness, which they should do in the first place ( instead of replacing the knee air bag), the car works normal since then.

    OK, here's the update, i noticed every time after re-intall the app, couple hours there's a privacy agreement pop up, once I click agree, the app lost connection. Weird, not sure if anyone else had similar experience.

    I don't have any VPN installed. Funny thing is, after re-install the app, it works fine for several hours then went dark, tried at least five times.

    Reinstall the app, seems work for a while. Try again after 10 mins, same problem appeared.

    Starting from today, can't use my app to control my Y, always show "check internet connection", even in my garage with good wifi signal. Rebooted my phone and my Y, nothing changed. Phone as key works normally. Have anyone got similar issue before? Can't even use the app to set up service...

    WOW, good for you, Tesla seems tough to deal with, they just offer me small compensation.

    Had my Y since end of March, unfortunately it had same fault about restrain system error, has been serviced four times, at this point it still sitting in service centre waiting for parts, ETA is end of the week, was told parts might be on B/O. First time mobile service, fixed and only good for...

    Actually easy fix, just reinstall the tesla app, and it's all good now!
