I wouldn’t count on the CA state rebate as the program is out of money. Has to be refunded in order for rebates (other than those reserved for folks that qualify as low income) to pay out: Clean Vehicle Rebate Project

I’m curious how that’s possible? How are you able to get cars for less than buying directly from another seller or from Tesla?

I’m potentially in the market but I think that price is too high. For example, here’s a new 2017 P100D that’s similalrly equipped (leather but no FSD) for $142,000 not including the tax rebate (or referral discout (for the next day)): New Inventory | Tesla
