There is a bug in the year end update, it had me charging for 55 minutes at Perth to get to Ottawa, with a journey time of 2 hours.

Does anyone know why Perth is showing as "Reduced Service" - I used it twice yesterday and it seemed to be working well.

Ugg. I bought 2 v3 wall connectors for the power sharing feature and now I find out, having installed the first one that I am on Elon time! FFS, I wish this was clearer when you order the thing, I would likely have chosen another solution. Buyer beware :-(

There is no need for a lock, just a place for the charger side connection to latch to. The charger cuts the current when you press the latch release. Not all cars lock the connector for DC charging, but they all latch.

This release is a bit of a disaster. I wear progressive lens in my glasses and this redesign really messes the usability for me. The speed number is much smaller and the large info panel with less information (?) moves the map and media details firmly into the distance part of my vision...

Tesla is dominant in the US today, but as with Ford 100 years ago, this will not last. (despite what the fan-bois think) Changing to CCS would allow Tesla owners greater access to charging and also allow Tesla to sell charging to other vendors. European SuperChargers will charge other EVs...

I think Perth was up quickly because Hydro One have gotten their act together and now know how to get these sites installed and approved. Nepean is Hydro Ottawa's first outdoor site, I am sure they are working their way up the learning curve....

It's up, charging now

I went by this afternoon. Nothing is powered up, it could take awhile..... North Bay and Deep River we powered up, but disabled for weeks before they opened.

CT at Coventry Road already has an Electrify Canada installation so this is an unlikely site for a SC in the future.
