FSD 12 reading interstate minimum speed sign

I just had this exact experience also on I-20 between Lake Oconee and Atlanta. I've driven this stretch of road hundreds of times and this is definitely new behavior.

    12.3 Misreading Speed Limit Signs

On my drive today along I20 in GA, FSD was interpreting the Min Speed 40 signs as the actual speed limit, and lowering cars speed from 70 to 40. It did this EVERY time and I finally just had to turn it off as those signs pop up every couple of miles. Anyone else experiencing this?

Model Y Performance 21" Tires - Larger, More Comfortable Fitment Details and Experience - Michelin AS4's (With Photos)

I’ve had the 265/294 40 Michelins for a couple of weeks now, and I agree with everything that‘s been said in this thread about the looks and improved ride quality that these tires provide. One thing that hasn’t been mentioned though that I definitely notice is that when approaching a stop these...

Model Y Performance 21" Tires - Larger, More Comfortable Fitment Details and Experience - Michelin AS4's (With Photos)

Went ahead with the 40s yesterday and have to say that visually they are incredible. I was a little worried that being an older driver, I wouldn't like the look of them but honestly pics do not do it justice. Haven't driven them enough to comment on ride quality or battery usage yet, but so...

Model Y Performance 21" Tires - Larger, More Comfortable Fitment Details and Experience - Michelin AS4's (With Photos)

Again, that's speedometer and that's been discussed throughout the thread. What nobody has talked about is the odometer. If I drive an actual mile, will the odometer say more than a mile or less than a mile?

Model Y Performance 21" Tires - Larger, More Comfortable Fitment Details and Experience - Michelin AS4's (With Photos)

I'll ask again...how do the 40's affect odometer? Will it under report or over report actual miles? Only important with respect to warranty as you'll hit the 50k mileage limit faster if odometer over reports actual miles driven. Has anyone with this setup seen a big discrepancy? Again, not...

Model Y Performance 21" Tires - Larger, More Comfortable Fitment Details and Experience - Michelin AS4's (With Photos)

Getting ready to swap out tires but torn between which option to chose. I understand the impact the 40’s have on speedo but I haven’t seen much mention about odometer impact. I would assume fewer revolutions per mile so the odometer should underreport actual mileage. Has this been the...

Tesla Extended Warranty - Worth it?

What is the T&P sensor swap?

Tesla Extended Warranty - Worth it?

I’m hitting the mileage limit at about 3 years ownership. I did have a major problem with the rear lift gate that was covered under warranty but so far that’s been it. That for sure would have been over 2k to fix.

Tesla Extended Warranty - Worth it?

I have a 2020 MY that has about 1800 miles left before the warranty runs out. The Tesla extended warranty adds 2 years or 25K miles whichever comes first and costs $2000. So far my car has had very few issues but I’m nervous about owning it out of warranty. Has anyone else purchased it and do...

Tesla FSD - and "Traffic Aware Cruise Control"

Click your RIGHT scroll wheel to the right to bring up the setting quickly. It is a pain to have to do it on each drive but this at least accesses the setting quickly. Literally takes 1-2 secs to set it.

First Highway FSD experience: Any chance that FSD is using a different navigation engine?

I'm in Atlanta as well and I've noticed some behaviors that are clearly different than they were pre-v11. For one thing, pre-v11 FSD had no issues navigating my exit onto North Druid Hills off of I-85 S but v11 routinely misses the exit (or would if I didn't intervene). It gets into the right...

Autopilot needs manual lane change without disengage

I'm so confused by this. Doesn't it already work this way? If I'm driving along with FSD engaged and want to manually change lanes, I will just engage the turn signal (all the way), and the car will move over when safe to do so. FSD remains engaged and the car continues in the new lane I've...

Show your park assist videos (non-USS only)

Just to be clear, cars that have USS will continue to use those sensors correct? This is only for cars without USS.

Tesla, Please consider: One simple tweak could turn FSD beta from "pretty bad" to "pretty sweet"

Just today, on the highway I had the car in the rightmost lane with my exit coming up in less than a mile. This was during the morning commute so there was a lot of traffic. Suddenly the car tries to move to a faster lane. I cancelled with the turn signal lever and then with under a half mile...
