I was totally wrong. You can always withdraw your contributions at any time. You don't have to wait 5 years (if it's just regular contributions Right. The number of shares is irrelevant. What matters is the dollars contributed. If you put in $2,000 and bought 20 shares that have gained...

But, you can withdraw any and all contributions to your Roth as long as the Roth has been open for 5 years. So, you can't take out any gains without penalty, but any money that you put in can be taken out tax (you put it in after tax) and penalty free.

Yes, all of the northern and western half of 1604 is 2 lanes (or more) each way, divided highway. I don't get around the south or east sides, so I don't know about them.

The last time I charged there (December, 2021) it was $0.28 per kWh.
