Strange that the service center didn’t want to do it. I would have thought Tesla mobile service could do this. You could call a Tesla authorized repair shop. I’ve used Todays Autobody in Malden MA. Very difficult to get a call back but once repairs started communication was very good and work...

There’s a supercharger in the mountains on I-70 in Silverthorne Colorado in a small Starbucks parking lot. It’s a mess and a few years back was the scene of a conflict that someone filmed. But as you said I doubt it’s a partnership with Starbucks directly.
