I recently purchased a model Y and absolutely hate the harsh suspension! I’ve ordered a set of Ohlins Coilover shocks and if it does not cure the ride I will be selling my model Y... to bad, because otherwise it’s a great car.

Same here, left seat will not fold down unless right seat folded first. Seat backs are too close together and misaligned. Mobile service coming next week.

The same experience here. Picked up our model Y in Charlotte and the SA was very helpful we inspected the car inside and out before accepting delivery. The gaps etc were great along with paint finish and interior. The only issue that I could find was a rear seat back that would not fold down...
