    Model 3 $5K refund?

    I'm a new Tesla Model 3 owner - I've seen mention of a $5,000 refund. Can someone please explain who this refund pertains to? Is this something for Model 3's produced within certain months? Just trying to understand the details and reason for the refund. Anyone? Thanks Cathy
