I haven’t tried it yet but the Tesla app is showing all chargers are running now ( though Buc’ees parking lot is always full. Hope there won’t be a lot of icing here)

Interesting. I'm wondering if time of day makes a difference. I know that California now has variable rates based upon time of day and weekends, but I did not see anything about this for our area. My charging was somewhere between 8-9am. I'm wondering if that was a factor.
