Confirmed Tesla had np ownership after original sale

Dealer claims the vehicle was a direct trade to them.....

So I was able to attain the PAID INVOICE from the original owner for the purchases FSD Capability . Even with the original paid invoice, paid FSD showing on my account, Tesla seems less than impressed and still thinks it wasn't paid for, not sure what else to do..... Lawyer? Very Frustrated

I did exactly that, and got this from service, I responded with the pics of my screens showing purchases and autopilot computer, crickets after that

Ive got to believe this is what's happening, dealer is attempting to get purchase order for upgrade from previous owner, to this point he has only given verbal confirmation. Neither party has much motivation to help I understand that, but it almost seems like theft on Teslas part if thats what...

The app doesn't show option to purchase any upgrades, the website act page does show option to purchase FSD upgrade

I have the Chill and Sport mode. Autopilot, no summons no NoA, is this something Tesla can disable during change in account ownership? Previous owner claims he paid for it as well as ACC Boost. Backed up in theory by the purchase confirmation on the account page. Is Tesla trying to get another...

Tesla FSD upgrade was not purchased, with no explanation as why it would show as purchased if it wasn't. Other than requesting/demanding they activate it, not sure my recourse.....very frustrating.
