I've gone by a few times in the past few days, but only in the dark (thanks MI winter). I guess I'm not sure exactly what I am looking for.

Checked on my way through today. Still not yet on-line, but visibly looks finished. Guessing it just needs to be turned on and tested. Hopefully soon...
