    Question for an engineer.

Looking the side view, I would say that you will have better luck lifting the rear.

    Neuron EV Another contender

Nice looking truck. I am weary that they have not released any specs. Someone said that it looks like a hydrogen-based truck. Atilis is pretty much non-contender, it seems. When a company asks the customers to invest in their company (their own web site), that does not bode well. From what I...

    Single motor?

I personally ordered a dual motor for the AWD (not for the range). Like you, my driving distance is not long, but winters in rural northwestern PA can be tricky.

RWD vs AWD Cybertruck in Winter Snow and Ice

That is probably true. But I would think that AWD CT will be better than 2wd CT. I drove 2wd vehicles for most of my life (lived in several snowy states). My current truck is my first 4wd vehicle and I don't think I will ever go back to 2wd.

    Chances of a 5-seat option?

They can offer many configurations because they sell so many, which then allows them to sell more. I think, once established, Tesla will offer more than 3 configurations.

Why is more motors better for the average truck consumer?

I think LR Dual motor would be most popular one if offered.

    Rubber Options

265/75/16 is smaller than 32 in diameter. That size will look tiny on CT.

RWD vs AWD Cybertruck in Winter Snow and Ice

I think the OP went with RWD. For winter driving, AWD, hands down. I have 4wd truck and wife has 2wd van. She is afraid to drive in the winter so she either drives my truck or have me drive her. Even for those in warmer climate, AWD is always helpful. Apparently, you could get into a pickle if...

Elon: We can reduce the length 6+ inches

It is interesting you mentioned Toyota T100. Many people attribute the smaller size as the primary reason why T100 was not a sales success for Toyota. They came back with Tundra (true full size truck) and they did and are doing substantially better. I currently drive a Tundra and it has not...

    Chances of a 5-seat option?

I love this 6-seat configuration. Unlike Tesla, other trucks have shifters in front of the middle 'seat' so the middle seat option is not very feasible. If you want 6-seat option (for example, in a Tundra), you have to get a column shifter. You could always fold down the middle seat to make it...

    Cybertruck and superchargers

Once CTs go into production (or before), I would think accommodation for them will be made in timely fashion. First superchargers were introduced only few places in 2012. Now they are spread all over (only after 7 years). No need to worry yet.

Made a couple small changes to the Cybertruck. Thoughts?

If I had choice between these two configurations, I would choose the first one. I think the reason why we had immediate WTF reaction was primarily because of what we are accustomed to. Now I have been looking at the CT pictures a lot, the second picture looks strange, like something is missing.

    Truck bed Suggestion

You are definitely taller than me, haha. But then again, I am not sure even you could get the side access on my truck. I've seen some guys getting 12 inch lift on their truck. They need step ladders to get any access. You could always lower the CT to get the side access.

Poll- Res holders, would you have made the deposit if $1000?

Rivian's good looking truck. I just couldn't handle 4.6 foot bed.

    Truck bed Suggestion

Side access, . . . then they lift their truck and put tonneau covers on them. I have not had the side access to my Tundra for years now. (lifted 3.5 inches, larger tires and tonneau cover). We adapt. No matter how awesome the design, there will always be people who don't like it, or rather...
