The aluminium custom part looks nice. My stainless steel part is more robust i think, user mmcord know the parts. Tesla door handle failure - pivot gear (anyone have one I can buy?) Price is nearly self cost... deal between Tesla owners.

My first set of pivot gears is sold out. User "mmcord" had ordered the last parts. If anyone else need one i can order some from my supplier.

I have few parts available with machining costs of 70€ per part. I don't have any experience with shipping to US but I think it is possible.

The stainless steel version is now tested and works fine. Only a microswitch needs adjustmend.
