Just had this problem and unplugging/replugging worked the first try. Service appointment is a couple weeks out.

Is it possible to manually pre-condition the battery temperature while plugged in? My schedule is not regular enough for the auto pre-conditioning. I actually think that I have been leaving the garage, not seeing the yellow dashed line and then having it show up about 5 minutes down the road...
