I had my raven refresh 2019 model x updated. This is a screenshot of the part number from my invoice.

I had my mcu updated a month ago. My service center was able to get my profile and everything back to what it was before mcu replacement. I took it to Pomona service center in Pomona California. Maybe you can get them to talk to each other to help your situation out.

If you can do $650 I can pick them up Thursday.

Just use the camera option on the center screen. I just make sure I open the music app on the bottom of it so the rear camera screen is at a more suitable height while driving.

I don't think it is just Ravens. I believe starting at some point last year, the premium upgrades package (HiFi sound, heated steering wheel/seats, hepa filter, interior lighting, etc.) was included into the standard model x.
