Same thing happened to my wife on our 100D MCU2 last week. The e-brake and power off menu fix from @DOCAL above worked for us.

New MS 100D owner here since Saturday with MCU2 and 10.2. Just got the notification for update. Been having the litany of rando issues to include no summon, no restart capes, no WiFi and no autopilot lane change. Expecting the 10.6 update will fix issues; will report back.
