Model S Not Charging after Storm.

The good news is the loaner is a P90DL. Having some fun with that one. Definitely has a little more power than my P85.

Model S Not Charging after Storm.

Tow trucks on its way now. I'll let you know how it goes. Also, after running through the Logs, they mentioned the problem may be the charger port. We shall see.

Model S Not Charging after Storm.

Unfortunately, I do not have a CHAdeMO adapter. Thanks for the heads up though.

Model S Not Charging after Storm.

Its clean. Thanks for the idea. No luck as of yet. Pretty sure the fuse in the dual chargers is blown. Hopefully this situation won't take too long to fix. We shall see. Time like this I'm thankful for the "bumper to bumper" warranty.

Model S Not Charging after Storm.

Tried a 240v and 120v with the UMC. Tried resetting it and tried a Blink Level 2 charger. All gave me the same error message. Something to the effect of "Unable to Charge. Please check power source." Haven't tried Supercharging. Nearest is over 40 miles away and I now have 39 miles range.

Model S Not Charging after Storm.

Question: has anyone had any issues charging after a lightning storm? Storm came through my area and now my car will not charge. I tried multiple power sources and nothing works. Waiting until Monday for Tesla Service to open back up.

My 2013 P85 Journey, Delivery, and Roadtrip Impressions

The dream has happened. After quite a journey, I now own a beautiful Model S. I had been watching the market relentlessly, with HUGE help of EV-CPO of course. After nearly a year of considering, budgeting, and debating we called Alliant and were approved for financing. We gave the $1000 deposit...

Help me overanalyze - new or CPO?

Thanks for the spreadsheet. Incredibly useful as I was having the same debate. I pick up my Classic P85 in a week. Happy to be a part of a great community.

    2015 70kw AP vs 2013 P85 No AP

Thanks, guys. Unfortunately, the S70 in question was removed in less than 5 hours- unsurprisingly.

    2015 70kw AP vs 2013 P85 No AP

So, I have a deposit on a 2013 Classic P85: 38k miles, SAS, Upgraded Sound, Performance interior, tech package, Deep Blue Metallic for a price of $52000. Its beautiful. We pick it up in a little over a week... However! I was just sent an alert for a 2015 70kw: 17k miles, basic seats, no tech...

    New vs CPO Delivery Experience

Obviously there are many threads about both new and certified pre-owned Model S/X. However, I'm curious about how the delivery specifically is different between the two occasions. There have been many great posts and vlogs about the fantastic delivery experience- beautifully presented key fobs...

What did you give up to afford a Tesla?

Same here. Missing out on AP but, I've decided a Tesla without AP is better than no Tesla at all. Hopefully I'm right!
