Sigh... literally just ordered one of the Silver ones with 24' cable yesterday, shipped earlier today. Order invoice shows the old model's part number. I think there's a 60-day return policy... but do they cover return shipping to CA?

Yep, I completed the trade-in and payment steps same day. Car is matched to me and I got the VIN. Got my Wall Connector ordered ("ships in 1-2 weeks") and electrician lined up, as well as a 10-30 adapter (older dryer outlet) in case the Wall Connector takes too long to get here.

After reading your comments, I emailed my Tesla advisor back yesterday to see if there was anything coming in the area that matches my configuration, in hopes to not have to wait "4-7 weeks"... lo and behold, he emailed me a few minutes ago to say that he found one that matches my configuration...
