I have noticed the same problem. If you remove the second "x" from the extension it will open (i.e., change "SomeFile.xlsx" to "SomeFile.xls").

Just checked and we're back in business. The trips I took since yesterday are all showing, so looks like everything was running ok on that end.

I usually get around 29 mph up to 98%, and then it takes 20-30 minutes for the last 2%.

I was able to connect this morning (around 7am Central), but have not been able to since around 10am Central.
