That must be why JKS is up while everyone else is down today. Either that or manipulation for options expiration.

Wow fantastic start to the day for my portfolio! Every company I own shares/options in (JASO, SPWR, CSIQ) are up nicely. Looks like I pulled out of JKS in time too. Only one down besides SOL and LDK that I can see. I'm definitely reentering JKS at a later time once the dilution spooking wears off.

Anybody else having issues with the TCI forums?

I think now that the vast majority of solar ERs are over people can sit and contemplate the future demand of the industry. It seems that this ER season just kept adding negative news to the fire and brought everyone down. Now that people have placed their bets I can see the sector recovering...

This was my exact thinking last month and why I hadn't bought any SOL shares. But I went against my better judgement earlier this week and bought some shares for ER. Disappointing but I feel like its a good opportunity soon to load up at a cheaper price. The only thing that I'm confused about...

SOL's ER is actually Dec 5th. And yea JKS and TSL both had great ERs its just a shame on the timing of that article. It completely killed the TSL post earnings bump. And took a lot of the gains away from the other solars that they have accumulated in the past couple weeks. If JASO does good next...

Personally I prefer internal combustion vehicles, but thats not based on dislike for Tesla or their cars. I think their cars are fantastic and I really hope they succeed. That said though, my list of "wants" in the car world does not have a Model S anywhere near the top. I just love working on...

Agreed. Sleepy and others have made it pretty clear that trying to make sense of short term movements in the solar industry at the moment is a waste of energy :)

I don't think SOL or JASO are going to rally like the others until their ERs come out. The other solars have already proved their worth, now its time for those two to prove they are worth investing in (to the rest of wallstreet not to us).

I thought I was being sneaky buying some JKS shares today when it was down 1.4% shortly after market open :tongue:. Then sure enough we get a sale later on in the day. All of my solars are back under water again except for CSIQ and a JASO call :rolleyes:.

Join the club, haha. I'm limited by portfolio size on how many companies I can realistically invest in. I have to keep it to 4 solars, which is about 2 less than I'd like :rolleyes:. And how was your move the wrong one? Your research found the truth about TSL. They were indeed profitable this...

Interesting development. That would make sense why chinese solars were hit today. Interested to see others thoughts on this.
