They are installed, after just over a month from the original start, so much faster then I expected! Just waiting for the PTO now woohooo!

9 days in from the initial meeting with the tesla rep, and getting my paper copy of the finalized agreement, up next is permits, which should be very quick in my town then off to construction. This is going much faster then what I was expecting it to be hopefully it keeps up the pace!

I agree, I'll have to double check I thought the rep told me 315 watt panels, but that only breaks down to 305 watt panels. I am currently getting 3 more additional quotes from companies, so far tesla still has the best value.

I'll try to shop around some more as I'm waiting for the final quote come out, do you do a price per watt of the system or a price per forecasted generation. If that's the case I'll be $2.06 / watt. Just curious, pretty new to the solar club.

Your correct, I had the engineers here today and my project is now in the design phase. If counting the 30% tax credit I got the system for $2.63/watt (13 of the 315 watt panels).

I have the engineers coming Friday, I plan to keep up with updates on the progress! It's a 3.96 kW DC (5206 kW output)! I plan on purchasing a powerwall 2 to add to the system within 6 months! So exciting for my 109% power output rating.
