I talked to tech support. 1) No sign in for Tunein. They send just connect!! 2) to alphabetically change the phone list from last name to first name you would need to scroll all the way up to A's, above the A's you will see last name first name options. Pick your favorite option.

Is there a post for technical issues? 1)My "Tunein" radio does not connect to the site. I've reset the password, reset the car, all to no avail. Thoughts? 2)Can the phone book from my iPhone list alphabetically by first name instead of last name??

Service will fix it! My 2013 did this and also presented with the seal not perfectly seated in its channel. I didn't watch what they did, but it was fixed and it never happened again. (Just ordered my 2015 dual motor P85 and will trade in the chocolate brown "60" 2013! Love the car)!

OMG, if you can afford it, do it. This week is one year with my Model S. I used to buy a new car at least every year or two. I get bored easy and they loose their appeal to me. And I have driven everything but a Bently. This MODEL S is unreal. Quiet, smooth, software updates every month or two...

I had this noise early on. It was actually the frame of the car that needed to be reTorque in someway. The mechanic took car for about a day and when it was returned the noise was gone.
