All the edges on the back already had a chamfer but I sanded down the one on the top of the hub. Left side of that picture is the top of the hub.

Sanded the top edge of the hub down a little bit and the issue I was having is gone now. It was hitting the plastic piece that sticks out above the front USB ports.

I think I can make a minor modification to the hub to fix the problem but I haven't had time to do it yet. I tested the hub with a USB extension cable and it works fine. So I know it works if the ports are plugged in all the way.

I'm also having problems with Teslacam on the Taptes hub. It looks like it's a little too tall and hits the plastic that sticks out above the front usb ports. If I press firmly on the hub it will start working for a minute but the slightest bump and it disconnects.
