    Obtain Vehicle Data From Tesla

I received this reply from Tesla. "Your request for vehicle data between August 1st 2019 – October 31st 2019 has been processed and returned no results. Please note this is not an error, as it is common for privacy requests, including yours, to return no results because of Tesla’s...

    Obtain Vehicle Data From Tesla

Interesting, I don't have the tech knowledge to do what you are doing but TeslaFi is working well for me. Having this real time data available to owners seems to be very popular, hopefully Tesla makes it officially available to us at some point. I was surprised to receive some of the data I...

    Obtain Vehicle Data From Tesla

My understanding is that the API data is what is used for the Tesla app. We have access to all that information in real time but no way to record it using Tesla resources. I did a quick search for anyone who has used this service and came up with nothing. I'll be sure to report back on what...

    Obtain Vehicle Data From Tesla

Thanks very much, I sent off the request for the 2 month time period between Sept to Oct 2019 where I was having the AC charging irregularities. I got a notification of the request including the 30 day possible wait. Regarding the TesliFi data, I downloaded the raw data files from them for that...

Has anyone had any luck using this service? I just tried it and after submitting your login info the page will not load.

    Power Conversion System (PCS) failure

I'm starting to get more information from people who have had PCS failures, still no one else who has been denied warranty. Another southern Ontario owner posted this pic of his service record showing PCS replacement after his basic warranty had expired (90,000km) and you can see that it was...

    Power Conversion System (PCS) failure

The fluctuations were likely not heat related, it was mostly Sept in Canada and the outside air temp was showing ~70 f or less in my garage, charging overnight for low power rates. Also it only happened for that short time period over the two years I've had the car. That being said it would be...

    Power Conversion System (PCS) failure

Thanks everyone for your thoughts and suggestions. Here is a summary of the factors at hand: 1. I was hoping to get better support from Tesla to fully understand a very significant and expense issue with their product. 2. Because I use a Mobile Charger two of the 16A controllers needed to fail...

    Power Conversion System (PCS) failure

I would be interested in what a judge would say about Tesla denying claims because an owner is electronically monitoring/recording what there car is doing. It's also a bit much to ask that an owner sit and monitor their charging. There are certain charging malfunctions that trigger an alert but...

    Power Conversion System (PCS) failure

One of the reasons we use services like TeslaFi is to document what is happening with our cars, we own the cars and this is our right. If Tesla chooses not to document certain parts of our cars history or operation then this should not preclude owners from recording this info as evidence of...

    Power Conversion System (PCS) failure

There are a few threads going here and on other forums for charging issues that turn out to be PCS failures. Most owners notice the failure when they are AC charging (Wall Charger or Mobile Connector). The charge rate will drop from 48A to 32A or 32A to 16A and give an error message saying...

32A max charge rate of LR Model 3

Bad news for me, Tesla has officially diagnosed a PCS failure in my car but will not cover the cost under warranty. The cost estimate from Tesla to replace the PCS is over $2000 CDN. I'll be starting a new thread to properly discuss PCS failures.

32A max charge rate of LR Model 3

I spoke to Tesla this morning via their Roadside Assistance number who then connected me to technical support (this seems to be the only way to contact them by phone although I wasn't "roadside" and stuck somewhere). As expected they were able to view the failure messages and ended up suggesting...

32A max charge rate of LR Model 3

That's good to hear, but are you still inside of the standard 50,000 miles warranty? I'm at 109,000km (67,000 miles). I hope you're right about it being part of the battery warranty. I'll be sure to post the outcome.
