Need to replace my all season and snow tires , what are folks using in Canada?

Ditto for us. Very happy & great Costco price. Need the 2's for the heavier car.

    PPF recommendations in GTA, Canada

We have used West Side PP in Oakville ( Jay Lisotte ) & also Evelyn ( windows only as he had an 'exclusive' tint we wanted ); both exceptional.

    Big decision....

You have free Supercharging now & TSLA has been offering 'transfer' of this & FSD until the end of March '24. They will likely repeat this offer again. "Juniper" will be in Canada by year end ( we think/hope ), so possibly roll the dice & go for the new Y then. There is that $5K rebate to...

Supercharger - Grimsby, ON - S Service Road

Finally open; seemed to take forever. Very tight access compared to most locations. Anyone know when the N Service side closes? Once the 'word gets out' the 150 kw side will be much less used.

    Canada - FSD rollout

Agreed in spades. As more data is gathered there will be a modifier?

    FSD price increase - AGAIN!

Ours was CDN$6600 for EAP in 2018, $2700 to get FSD in March 2019 ( only for a couple weeks, I believe ) As you said, hope Cybertruck FSD is locked in.

    Canada - FSD rollout

Got ours Thursday am. 10.69.1.1 Definitely smoother in general, particularly on corners in town. Less hesitation when not sure of the route which is even better when it is going to a programmed destination. Visualizations cover more area too. You still have to be very watchful in town to...

    Eastern Canada Superchargers

I checked that address ( A CDN Tire at Hwy 403 & Dundas ) & there is no evidence of any activity. It looks like a great site however. On a side note, the Gananoque location is at a CDN Tire & was quite close to being completed within a few weeks as of Aug 1st. It was going to have ~ 6/8 250kwh...

    Acceleration Boost - M3P / LR - AWD

You are indeed correct. We got AB back in 2019 & like you, smile any time we use it. That being said, we generally drive in 'chill' mode most of the time. With the advent of FSD in Canada, it will be more difficult to get a high driving score when using AB too much. Them's the breaks. Love our T3

Ontario Investigating Options for New Ultra-Low Overnight Electricity Rate

You mean us 'millionaires' who lost out on the rebate when Dougie came in to fix the Province? How is that going so far?

Adding a charger to my 100 amp panel

DMC-Orangeville has given very qualified advice. He 'is' an expert. Please follow his advice. Absolutely you will not need the 200 amp upgrade.

Adding a charger to my 100 amp panel

Wooah. Way, way overkill. We have a 100 amp panel with a Nema 14-50 plug. In the time since getting our T3 LR in late 2018, we have never had a problem or come close. Setting the car to 32amp ( max ) on a 40 amp breaker is all you need. While you source an electrician, just use the 110 v plug or...
