    Supercharger - Moose Jaw, SK

Having traveled the American South in 2014, in a 60S, I can say Canada is more advanced for level 2 charging. Sure, you have to allow for only two charges/day, but you also get to really see the country you are traveling through. Having now made several cross-country trips since then, I find I...

Current Tesla owners low take rate on reservations

I put down reservations for two Model 3s on 31 MAR. I took delivery of mine and my cousin drove it. He previously said he would pass on the car, as being too expensive ($60,000). After the drive he placed the order for my 2nd car and will get it in 6wks or so. My guess is that as soon as...

    Updated Supercharger Rates

I have made a summary of the rates across the United States. Available here: weightman.us/documents/SuperchargerRates201803.pdf

Two days with Model 3 impressions/review- This is not a mini model S

Additional first impression after 3 days. Big Negative: The HiDef screen is great, however, I keep the rear camera on a lot. In the early morning/evening the sun is low and the glare is very bad. The HiDef screen is also much darker - normal for HiDef - and with the glare makes the scene hard...

Confused on Model S vs 3 Discussions

I keep seeing people concentrating on the speed of charge at a supercharger. Technically, this is correct, but in practice people aren't going to notice a lot of difference. One, it all depends on how empty your battery is when you start charging. I see the charge amps going below 60 at a bit...

    Supercharger - St George, UT

Here is a link to a local who drives a Leaf, but has a Model 3 reservation. I charged my Tesla overnight at his house in 2014, before a supercharger was installed and have visited several times since. What's interesting are not only his comments, but his daily pictures of the week it took to...

Supercharger - Burbank, CA - North Third Street (LIVE 14 Sep 2017, 20 V2 stalls)

IMO - this supercharger, and others in malls, will probably not be aimed at travelers. Remember the Model 3? Tesla needs superchargers just for people who live in apartments. This Burbank area has a gigantic population of new apartments built over retail. This is also true near the Americana...

Riverton and Lander Wyoming Breadboards Getting 80amp Chargers

Worland might be a good intersection to add.

    Supercharger - Shreveport, LA

Reddy, You gave me a charge a couple of years ago when I was a 0 RM. Thanks again and I hope this SC is open before your Memorial Day trip. Looks like the I20 path to Atlanta is going to go through this year - yeah! Now for I40 so I can get to Greenville, SC.

Supercharger - Temecula, CA (Winchester Rd., LIVE 10 May 2016, 10 V2 stalls)

I always thought putting them at the casino would be a win-win for both parties - i.e. they could valet, like in Vegas hotels, and insure no Tesla owner icing, plus use minimum parking slots lost to no purpose. This will be a harder in-and-out for everyone.

    Supercharger — Kingsland, GA

purplewalt , Of course you are correct - there are/were a number of Supercharger gaps that a 60 couldn't negotiate (Barstow to Kingman, for instance). However, there were workarounds and I could get to most places I wanted to go in an S60 (note: I picked up my S60 at the factory and drove home...

    Supercharger — Kingsland, GA

A year and a half ago I drove a 60 between Savannah and St Augustine. I was careful, but not anxious. The 60 can get anywhere in the U.S. - just a little more planning than an 85/90. I really get tired of people commenting that the network needs filling in because of the 60/70s. That isn't true...

Supercharger - The Dalles, OR (LIVE Aug 2014, 5 V2 stalls)

My wife and I will be using this location on 7 AUG, on the way to Spokane. If there are any problems, we will let this website know.
