No doubt. But it's not all the time that those weak opinions make it to CNBC. Panasonic news is good, and will contribute to TSLA's long term upwards trend, but I don't think it will have a large effect on today's movement.

Some bad press. I don't think it will change things much but might add so some selling pressure today.

Yeah. I think day trading would be the way to go. Only exposing yourself to risk during trading hours. Sadly since I'm just using a small amount of money that's not an option. I can still just limit myself in small windows centered around known TSLA catalysts. But that's no fun.

    Short-Term TSLA Price Movements - 2014

Yeah, there is no doubt the next few months will be exciting. Everything is pointing to a big move on the upside. I can't really think of anything to play devils advocate with that would throw a wrench into things other than the market overall taking a ****.

    Short-Term TSLA Price Movements - 2014

I think it's just an exercise in restraint. Had I not panicked a little Tuesday I'd be fantastic. The trend is up, even for just weekly movement, so calls will be safer in the end. I'm up around 100% atm with post ER play money. But that doesn't really mean anything since I can just lose it all...

    Short-Term TSLA Price Movements - 2014

I am. So I lost my lunch today thinking that yesterdays drop would keep into today. I kept the calls for way longer than I should have waiting on the FOMC minutes to affect the market when I should have dropped them this morning. To make up for it I'm grabbing some June 06 220 calls for...

I grabbed some puts last night not expecting today's rebound to be so vigorous. I'm keeping a hold of them until after today's news.

    Short-Term TSLA Price Movements - 2014

So I just sold my June 6 200 calls, grabbing June 13 177.5 puts. I think today's market drop isn't over with and will continue into tomorrow and may bring Tesla down with it. If it seems like just a weak sell off then I'll sell em at -1% which we will likely hit even if its an alright day tomorrow.
