Mine 100% SOC fluctuates between 228 - 232. I think I have seen 240 only around first two charging times. Got used to the ride a bit, but still looking for a comfortable ride. Running 39PSI as the temperature fluctuation these days drops it quite a bit. Reading these forums for an aftermarket suspension, I haven't found one yet which can convincingly say will give a smoother ride.

Installed Michelin X Ice xi3 from Costco. Used their promo last month 150$ off for tire + installation. I find the ride bouncier on X Ice 3 with 41psi all. What PSI you are running ?

I too find the ride stiff and jarring sometimes especially at low speeds. Highway speeds it seems to be soaking up the bumps pretty good except those big ones. Mine is not M3P, has vin 416xxx. ordered on 7/19. I was a bit concerned initially about this vin being bit old in the sequence when others where reporting 440xxx - 450xxx at that time. My SC told it was off the factory on 7/28 and build month on door sticker is 7/19.
