Intelligent Octopus polls the car regularly, it also caused mine issues where it would not sleep. When you finish charging if you hit the toggle to stop Octopus from being able to control the car it should then sleep. Just remember to enable it again before you next plug in :)

Could you try setting IO to 100% and the car to your desired state? Thats how I work with it. I also disconnect the car from IO after charging is complete to save the phantom drain.

Naaaa, to be honest you don’t really need it, they can and will just fall asleep. In the last car we used one of the elasticated nets, that worked well

Just as an update to this, I sent the window shade back, it just didn't fit well enough. Then the mirror was brilliant, I also left it in my Model 3 when I traded it in..... whoops. Another ordered.

I have just got off the phone to them, I cancelled my direct debit, and they have credited the account so that the outstanding payment does not stay on there. Fingers crossed all sorted :)

Did you cancel yours in the end? I did, and I notice now on my Tesla account for the previous car it says a payment is due. Obviously different to what they emailed me.....I may have to call them to find out
