Interestingly, I was on hold with Tesla support 2 days ago, and one of the canned messages they play said "Did you know that many problems can be resolved by holding both scroll wheels while keeping your foot on the brake pedal until the main screen reboots?" Maybe they are just perpetuating...

Yep, that's all it takes. I did it when I bought my second Tesla.

To be honest, it's easy to get yourself in trouble with any Tesla. Even the base model accelerates faster than most performance cars. The difference between a P-whatever Tesla and a base Tesla isn't going to help you much... ;)

Yes, I had to call. They said that their scheduling system is not yet integrated with the online system. Maybe in a few months we will be able to schedule service online...

Shiny. I dropped my Model S off for her first/12k mile service. I like this location MUCH better than Decatur. Lots of parking, not cramped, easy to access. They are a little discombobulated at the moment, but were great to deal with.
