You can install our site as a web app on your iOS device by utilizing the Add to Home Screen feature in Safari. Please see this thread for more details on this.

I found the issue was my WiFi. Not sure why, I’ve booked over WiFi before but now it isn’t. When I switched to LTE the app loaded the schedule and let me book an appointment. Hope this helps someone who sees the same issue.
