Unfortunately I bought it from someone who received it as a gift from Tesla so I don't know how they would handle it. Any idea what to search for on eBay? I have looked for cords but must not be using the correct search terms. Thank you

My plug is falling apart at the point where it plugs into the car. Do I have to buy a new unit or can I buy a new cord? Prefer something a bit longer but whatever at this point. Thank you in advance

Ugh Any update on this? I finally got my cameras upgraded last month and requested FSD but haven't seen anything. Are they really trying to squeeze more money out of me to fix a computer that they know needs to be upgraded?

I'd probably jump at that point. With Covid-19 I'm not driving much, other than to the grocery store. The Dashcam button keeps disappearing and the main screen freezes occasionally which is annoying but I only drive about 30 miles per week.

It's not enough that the car "experienced" it. As you can see from the thread Tesla techs search but cannot find these failures in the system logs. So they want you to document and notify them of the times it happens. Of course, the system isn't logging the failure so they still won't find...

This times 1,000 Texting is extremely overused and so much slower than a phone call. Customer service has gone downhill. BMW, Audi and Mercedes are much better for obvious reasons. But, honestly Honda and Toyota are too. I really like my car but I miss good customer service. The one shining...

I'm surprised how it defaults to backing out of parking spots especially when it was parked facing out. I'm very interested in them increasing the distance and giving it the ability to park itself.

Very impressive. I would definitely consider it but I'd like it to be less expensive and I worry about Tesla's ESA - I know about the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act but I don't want the battle.

That's what I did with mine. It's the best location for Waze. I use a magnetic vent clip mount and bought magnetic charger cords (for our entire household)...
