I'd agree but since I've only seen V10 features, it's a letdown considering 2020 vehicles should have V10 pre-installed

Hello! Just took delivery of my 2020 M3 this week. Sadly I'm on V9 software for some reason and Tesla online chat says they can't force push an update.

I also just took delivery Nov 11. I contacted the online chat and they said I'd have v10 in less than a week and that because I just took delivery, they cannot push v10. Seems odd that they wouldn't be able to push it.

I'm taking delivery tomorrow and it looks like my SC just received a significant shipment. I can purchase 2 14-50s (one for me and one for you) if you want to pay for it plus tax + shipping. I would give your local store/SC if possible before 'buying' from me
