    tire replacement already 10K miles!

You got twice what I did on the same wheel and tire combo. Rotated mine at 5500 at the rears are at 3/32! 🤣

Need tire recommendation for Induction wheels

Barely 6000 miles on the stock Goodyears and at my first rotation, I'm not expecting them to go more than a few thousand more miles. Anyone have a good recommendation for higher mileage all season tire (these things sucked in the snow anyway).

Hit and Run, need help with video clean up

Other cameras didn’t get the plate either... but I’m working with the restaurant owner to correlate the time stamps and her security footage. The other Tesla (model S I think) never moved.

Hit and Run, need help with video clean up

Trying youtube. Hoping it uploaded in the full quality available. The left repeater he drives by at about the 53 second mark. In the rear facing you can see him pull into a spot, then back out and pull in next to me.

Hit and Run, need help with video clean up

So someones little snot nosed kid slammed their door into my 2 month old Model Y (I'm not exaggerating, I mean flung that thing right into my car) creating a massive dent/crease right over the right rear wheel. I've got everything on Sentry cam, however when he pulled away the rear camera...

Will The Revolutionary Tesla Windshield Wiper Debut On The Cybertruck?

Agree. The other question is, why? The engineering, cost and complexity that it would require to have the same level of reliability would be prohibitively expensive... and what benefit would it serve? I also can't see the laser system being practical. Not the least of which is pointing...

    Supercharging not up to hype?

Got it, both times I showed up with about a 50-55% SOC. Yes, SC was my destination both times for preconditioning.

    Supercharging not up to hype?

Only had my MY a few weeks, and I don’t need to supercharge but I’ve hit two now just see what it can do. The first station I hit was a 150kw station, there were two cars when I got there and none when I left, I was only able to pull about 40kw for the duration. Sitting at another one right...

CT had better not beep at me when door is open & seatbelt not clicked in

I would bet if you Tweet Musk to put in a "Farm Mode" that disabled all these features... they'll probably do it.

    California waiting room Q4

Wow, sorry for that! I ordered just before t-gvg and took delivery 10 days later for the exact same config. It's worth the wait.

    Politics - Quarantine Thread

I stood on the front porch of my friends bar/restaurant for three nights this summer with a long gun along with other business owners and friends while undefended establishments were looted and burned. You may want to climb down out of that ivory tower atop whatever bubble you live in and get...

    First Expression of MY

The only thing a Honda will do that a comparable M3 won't, is go in for regular service, oil changes, burn gas, and depreciate... quickly. To the OP... What is a "first expression?" It's impression. FYI, took delivery of a new MY last week. 10 days from order to delivery and no matter how...

    Which pigtail for mobile charger?

This is accurate. It’s on a 50a breaker, so I limited the wall charger is limited to 40a. Car charges at 10kw which is just fine and well within the capacity of the circuit. Putting a 14-50 on a 60a breaker would be a total code violation, you’d be allowing yourself to draw more power through...

If I only have a 50A main in my garage, can I get a Wall Charger and run it at 40A to charge?

Your EV charger is on a 20a circuit, the entire panel is on a main 60a breaker. The sum of all your circuits is 55a to keep it under the 60a limit. As a general rule of thumb you want to keep your home charger below 80% of rated capacity so you want your home charger under 16a on that 20a...
