Success story with FAST EV 18 inch wheeels

The pizza slices came a few days after I took the photos. I have them installed and after almost 20k miles on them, I'm still loving them. No issues.

True, Germany was late in offering incentives for buying EVs. I think they were 5 years behind the US

I grew up in Europe. My dad worked in France for a few years. I honestly don't really understand why. France wasn't very much about going green or progressive. Germany was very much about saving the environment. I learned about climate change in the 80s in school in Germany. But things much have...

NTSB update for Autopilot has me looking for an anti-nag device

Yes, sorry I should have added the version in my comment. Important for future reference

5 years worth of subscription = buying it

We will see what Tesla decides to do. I had 3 months trial with the car with the old version of FSD and it was so bad I didn't even bother doing the subscription. Basic auto steer with TACC worked fine for me. The new version is far better. I have been testing it for over 2000 miles. I feel like...

NTSB update for Autopilot has me looking for an anti-nag device

The little anti-nag device that goes inside the steering wheel works well with the current version of FSD. Zero steering wheel nags. The only exception are situations where the travel lanes might be changed due to construction or something like that. If the car sees barriers/cones it will demand...

5 years worth of subscription = buying it

Now it's down to $99 a mont for full self driving. That makes buying it outright even less attractive. In fact I would be upset if I had spent $12k on it just 6 months ago when I got my car. That's 10 years of subscription. I assume they will lower the price for buying FSD some time later this...

Is the HEPA filter used all the time?

I have a relatively new Y (Oct 2023) but I have driven 16k miles in it already. Mostly southern states with lots of AC use. No smell whatsoever. I can't speak about older vehicles.

Is the HEPA filter used all the time?

That has been fixed by Tesla via software. The car will run the cabin air fan to dry the filters if needed. I noticed this often when I park my car after driving in it for a while.

I camped at Buc-ee's for the eclipse. Lots of other people had the same idea. It was packed. 2 hours before there all parking spots and the street leading up to it was full. Teslas came and left so some ICE cars tried to take those spots. To be fair, the vast majority realized they are charging...

I'll be at the Ennis Supercharger in Texas tomorrow for the eclipse I figured it's close to the center. I know the weather isn't looking too good. But it's a Buc-ees so at least there is plenty of food and parking.

Is the HEPA filter used all the time?

That makes sense. So fresh air goes through the large HEPA, then through the 2 small ones inside.
