Inspect and re-seal front upper control arm by mobile service

I am wondering if this is the same thing I got a notice for? They added urethane around the front upper control joints to prevent moisture from getting in (or at least that is what the paperwork from Tesla says.) Took about 30 mins for him to do the work.

    Charging keeps stopping.

I've also had a very similar problem. No error flashing on the UMC or stopped charging messages on the app or car. I put in a service request in the hopes that Tesla might see something on their end. They didn't see anything but did give me a new UMC (not sure why exactly other than the tech...

New tires killed my range (20-30% decrease)

I've put 5k on my pilot sport A/S 4s and there is a definite hit to efficiency at least according to what the car "thinks". I've read stuff on this forum about how some of the numbers being not quite real world accurate due but can't remember where I saw them exactly. Prior to the new set, I...

How long for Camera Calibration ?

To be honest, I am not sure what the cars need in order to complete the calibration. For me, it took driving in a variety of areas and about 4 days (about 200 miles or so) for it to finish.

    Steering wheel leather coming loose

I'm at 18k now and have had interior stuff replaced beyond 12.5k (seat, windshield, interior trim pieces where the clips stopped holding the trim piece in). I have never been told about a 12.5k mile interior warranty.

    High mileage check-in

2020 LRAWD (late December delivery) with 18k miles. Had driver side seat replaced (bottom completely fell through), driver seatbelt tensioner replaced (actually became so loose the rail could be heard rattling/thunking), rear passenger trim piece due broken clips. Front windshield replaced due...

Loose rear fender liner retainer nuts

I also noticed this about a month ago. I also tightened them by hand. Seems liked it would be a good idea.

    High mileage check-in

I have a 2020 AWD (delivered Dec 2019) with the same rated miles at 100%. I've done a lot of the stuff mentioned in various threads but not seen any return. I'm not worried about it at this point. If it drops below 250 rmi at 100% than I'll start to worry.

How long for Camera Calibration ?

I just recently had a windshield replaced. Took about a week and about 300 miles to calibrate. I had to drive in various roadway environments is my best guess as it took about 20 miles (all freeway) when I first got the car in late 2019.

    Windshield Replacement experience

I also had a weird windshield replacement experience in SF. Customer service side was good but the glass techs damaged the speaker grill in the front. I didn't notice it first but it was somehow ripped in the process of replacing the windshield. They will be replacing the grill piece. I've...

    Driver seat issue

My only suggestions would be to either bring it to a different SC or speak with the person in charge at the SC you are currently dealing with. My car is only about 15 months old but for manufacturer issues, the bumper to bumper warranty should cover something like a seat issue. Service centers...

    Driver seat issue

Dec 2019. It's a 2020 long range. Love the car but it has had some fit and finish issues. I'm also a bigger guy (6 feet and about 240) so not sure if that factored into the seat issue. First time I've ever seen it any of the cars I've owned though. I blame the instant torque 🤣🤣

    Driver seat issue

Forgot to add that it was covered under warranty but I am at 15k in terms of mileage.
