Still can't order model Y off the UK site. There's just a button to Stay Updated. I find it strange that they are not taking orders, does anyone have a rationale?

18" wheels on the model S.

I've had a model S for 5 years and yesterday I picked up my model 3 performance with 20" wheels, drove it from London to Devon, very pleasantly surprised - it is as quiet as the model S, no discernable noise from the motor, there is road and wind noise of course, but not excessive and no worse...
