The only way you can do this is using a service like BillHop, but the fee they charge really cancels out any benefit unless perhaps you're paying through a company and can see a gain in taking the points over the cash equivalent of the fees.

That's similar to the units I have with physical locks (British Gas/ Polar and PodPoint), in that they don't lock the cable in place but just disable the charging.
