I must admit, it is a little frustrating seeing reservations in the 10,xxx getting delivery windows. I'm a 60kWh reservation holder and expected Tesla to catch us up once they put them into production. It doesn't look like that will happen. There are folks before me who don't have windows...

Not normal. Not acceptable. Make them fix it.

I usually list my cars online with autotrader.com, cars.com or the like. Private sales will yield the highest dollar. I've also sold to carmax with good success in the past. Stay away from stealerships unless you just want to dump it and don't care how much you get for it.

The 60kWh could actually be easier to build but without knowing if it connects the same or if throughput is reliant on how fast they can build batteries its hard to tell. If it has the same outward connections and shape it likely won't affect throughput one way or the other.
