Autopilot rolling out to all AP2 HW cars today

I experience #1 and #2, the car images are not solid and reliable, and the road lines all over and jittery. I have used it in stop/go traffic on a freeway. up to 45 mph. Seems it likes to move to the right too much and the correction of the steering is not smooth and it is always moving the...

    2.50.180 Auto Headlights Always On

Same happened for me today. I noticed on a freeway with no shadows, lights did go off. If I went under a bridge even for 2 seconds with shadow, the lights came on, took a little bit then went off. Seems like it is ultra sensitive, but it is sensing the light. I am not sure, they are either...

    2.50.180 Auto Headlights Always On

I have experienced the same, I have seen in other threads users confirming the same as I see, I am going out in the sun today, and I am taking car to SC for other scheduled work, and I will mention it and see what they say.

Autopilot functionality for HW2 towards the end of next week

Hi I notice you said Auto headlights need tweaking. I am finding they are on even when it's light out. I am trying to figure out if it is a hardware issue or just that they need to do more in the software. Do your headlights stay on in the day when in auto mode?

    Firmware 2.50.xxx upgrade note

The Lock on the top of the screen was there on AP1 cars. Since they delivered AP2 cars without any auto lights, they put the lights on/off there. Once this update added AUTO mode, they put back the lock icon as it was in AP1 cars

    2.50.180 Auto Headlights Always On

Hi, Headlights being on all the time is ok, if you want to do that. The issue here (for me) is I had an AP1 version P85D and auto headlights always turned off during the day and on at night (or when it was dark) like many other cars. When I received my new AP2 car, this was not even enabled...

    Front trunk manual open

Ok thanks, I thought I read through the manuals pretty good, I will check again. In one way, without the second safety latch it makes sends to not have a manual release, but, I was also thinking about the case where if there was no power, you could not open it. Thanks again for the reply. - -...

    Front trunk manual open

I previously had an S85, traded for a p85d. in my P85D, the manual frunk open lever under the glove compartment is missing. Is it supposed to be there? Does anyone with a P85D have the lever? Or did they make mine so fast they forgot to put it in, QA issue? i will mention it to service center...

    Tracking P85D delivery thread

I traded an S85 w/21" 2013 I had for 14 months on Tuesday and picked up my P85D. I have been holding off on posting about the energy performance, but my non-scientific feeling is it is very bad. compared to the S85. I know it is not fully comparable, but, for what it is worth, my lifetime avg...

Reading tire pressures from inside my house!

Hi, It's my understanding (not scientific) that the stem has a valve which keeps in the pressure, and the cap was for dirt. However, according to Michelin, this is what they say in their manufacturers guide for their tires...
