Yeah, I did not go past the arbitration phase because I'm lucky and have an RVG on my X, so Tesla has to buy it back at year 3 if I want, which is what I'll be doing. I still love Tesla, and I'll be getting another Tesla in 1.5 years. I'm just upset that they are not focusing on quality...

I'm back with a new video of problems with my 2016 Model X. Now I am getting a warning that my charge door port is malfunctioning. To make matters worse, this causes an INABILITY TO CHARGE MY MODEL X! Link to video:

And just for good measure, here is a picture of my Tesla Model X randomly reporting low brake fluid. Tesla replaced the sensor, I got the vehicle home, and the screen reported low brake fluid again.

Right on. These types of laws were basically compromises so that the court system did not get tied up in litigation over vehicles with fixable issues but owners (and their lawyers) seeing deep pockets and wanting to take everything to court. This makes the laws similar, but not exactly the...

They were pretty open to speaking with me and making offers regarding the buyback of my vehicle when I emailed about my intent to file alemon law claim. Then they spent about two months confirming with me over the phone a lot of the details of my buyback. Finally, I received a call saying...

I'm not a litigator. That's like saying, "You're a nephrologist, why don't you just do the laminectomy?"

I should add, I have been contacted by numerous members here that have had similar experiences as me. This may necessitate class action status, since we all seem to be having lots of issues related to, among other things, the safe operation of the vehicle.
