Every drive now takes an hour longer :-(

Dear Tesla Thanks for releasing games getting my family hooked on Fallout Shelter in the car. Because of this, getting to places takes longer in an EV. - soccer practice takes 2hrs now, 1 hour on the field 1hour playing FS - food runs used to take 15min, now they’re 1:15 I get police peeking...

    HANSSHOW Trunk Liftgate v3 install

There technically was never a v2, I assume Hanshow just leapfrogged to v3 because their competitor came out with a v2 of their lift gate. V1 and v3 are essentially the same however the wiring is different. I have both cables and V1 wiring was a bit harder to install and V1 didnt give you the...

    HANSSHOW Trunk Liftgate v3 install

Hand show has been good to me, spent a good few weeks troubleshooting my install over FaceTime and even sent me a v1 cable for so I could diagnose my issue. I’ve been very satisfied with their support, I’d suggest you hit them up on WhatApp, you should have gotten an Aftersale WhatsApp contact...

    HANSSHOW Trunk Liftgate v3 install

If you’re latch isn’t catching then the Power hook loop on the car side is not lined up correctly with latch on the trunk lid. I find it’s easiest to line up the latch by folding down the rear seats and close the trunk and watch where it lines up. Check out the electrified garage YT install...

    HANSSHOW Trunk Liftgate v3 install

Yes, when the trunk I is open the touch screen AND the app flashes between Open and close (about once per second) when the touch screen is flashing open you can’t do anything, however once it flashes close you hit it and it closes the trunk.

    HOWTO: Remove the rear deck

Accessing third brake light...had an insect in it

wouldn't consider it "easy" to access the third brake light but It's doable if you're handy but it is a pain in the azz. The rear light is attached to the rear trunk deck and to remove the rear deck you'll have to remove the top side panels (the ones that cover the rear airbags) as well as the...

    Lifting the 3

Take your pucks with you...I've had a few nails on the 3, none of the shops I took it to had there own pucks or any idea how to patch under the foam, (which looks like this)..all they have to do is pull it away, patch under it and glue it back down.
