Could be waiting for City's Final inspection. Still some open trenches - most likely in case of any inspection issues!

I think the Adelanto Supercharger was an easy location to add into the system with the Target agreement. I agree Kramer Junction would be a good location otherwise you've got to go all the way into Mojave, which is often full. I've had to wait several times at that location.

Just FYI, I saw that there is a new supercharger coming soon to the Target in Adelanto. That would be a good option from 29 palms as well! Not sure when that will be complete.
