Just to update, the retrofit took about 4 hours, and I was offered a Model S loaner or $100 uber credits.

I've got mine scheduled for tomorrow. I wouldn't expect them to reach out to anyone yet, just schedule it yourself via the app. They did tell me that mobile service can't do it, so you have to go in.

Wow, I just had my rear bumper repainted at Artistic, and I was happy with the results. Got rear ended about a month ago, and it was pretty minor. Repair took about 4 business days, original quote from progressive was $650 and it ended up being about $1700.

Took me 2 weeks but I think they go by purchase date, so maybe they haven't caught up to November yet.

Considering there is no signature line for Tesla anywhere on the document, I'm not worried about it. I only sent it in last week.
