2021 Model 3 LR - I started having this problem last week. It is intermittent but so far has only occurred on hot days (80F full sun). If I start driving under full sun, it stops working in 30 minute. It then starts working again after the car has been sitting for a while. Reboots don’t help...

I can hear your squeak sometimes, but there is also a bit of static noise throughout. I found that it was best to record it when you accelerate from 0 for about a second then let off. In a jerky manner. Here is my video incase you missed it. squeak video

Good luck, be sure to test the car with the rear seat bench detached as you see in my photo, so you can hear the noise clearly. Here is the invoice:

Dropped off on Tuesday, they had the subframe swapped by Thursday but wanted to let it settle overnight. It was "ready" by Friday afternoon but the interior was trashed and the bumper was not reattached properly, So it stayed a few more days.

I would really love to see some Tesla documentation stating that it is routine maintenance. As far as I know there isn't even a maintenance schedule for the Model 3.

The car is still at the SC, but they have replaced the entire rear subframe and identified the noise as being related to a problem with a bushing. Apparently on the model 3 these particular bushings can't be replaced independently from the subframe. I should have it back tomorrow.
