Has anyone tried to open their car without a key fob? I'm able to open the trunk 9 times out of ten without a key. Anyone else?

Anyone else's app taking FOREVER to connect to the car? Before I would open it and Boom I was connected, now it goes through a prompt that says "contacting car, this may take a few minutes" and it usually does...

Just picked up the car yesterday, went to program my garage and gate but when I hit program and then hit "start" the screen just hangs. Anyone else experience this issue? I tried resetting the screen by holding the scroll buttons and it still didnt work after that, anyone know any fixes?
